Reorder
Everything at or under par, grouped by supplier. Suggested quantity tops the store back up to par, rounded to whole cases.
Counts
Counts are blind: nobody sees the expected number while counting. Each person counts in their own session (label it by area), submits it, and a manager reviews the differences — or merges several counts into one — before anything is committed. Committed counts write adjustments to the ledger.
Transfers
Stock sent from one store sits in transit until the other store scans it in.
History
Every ledger movement at this store, newest first. Nothing here can be edited or deleted; a mistake is fixed with Undo, which writes a reversing entry.
Today
What needs attention, in one place: counts due, names to approve, stock that rose with no delivery behind it, dead stock, and phones whose scans have not landed.
Pull list — do not sell
Everything on hand at this store that is flagged do-not-sell right now. Pull it from the shelf; a manager lifts a hold from the product page.
Unknown items
Scans that matched nothing became “New item N” on the spot, with the camera frame as their photo, so counting never stopped. Name them here, or point one at the product it really is.
Names to approve
Names that came from the internet or an unknown scan are provisional until you approve them. Photo beside name: if it is wrong, fix the name or reject it.

Import products (CSV)
Export from Mobile Inventory, then import here. You pick the store and inventory — the file name is never trusted. You see a preview of every new and changed row before anything is applied, and a restore snapshot is saved first. Barcodes are read as text, so leading zeros come back on their own.
Owner-confirmed mapping (Nov 5, 2026): Tobacco Game, BLK, BLACK N MILD, GRABBA and Papers, Hemp and non tobacco belong to Blaze Smoke Shop; Mushroom belongs to Magic Mushroom.
Export
Your data is yours: full export, any time, no charge, no lock-in.
Today
Counts due, names to approve, impossible gains, dead stock and sync problems — the owner’s one screen.
Unknown items inbox
Scans that matched nothing, filed as “New item N” with a photo. Name them, or map one onto the product it really is.
Provisional names
Internet and unknown-item names wait here for your approval, photo beside name.
Wholesaler reference list
A supplier item list (CSV with barcode, name, pack size, cost) lives here as a READ-ONLY name source for scans. Importing it never creates or changes a product — a scan that matches it asks a person to confirm the pack, and only then joins the catalogue.
House codes (barcodeless goods)
Pre-printed in-store barcodes from the GS1 restricted-circulation range: UPC-A numbers starting 04, ONE series shared by both stores. Print a sheet, stick the labels on goods with no barcode, and the code joins a product the first time it is scanned onto one (or attach it below from a product page).
Labels
Print Code 128 or QR shelf labels for items with no manufacturer barcode. Pick products in the catalogue, then print.
No labels picked yet. Open a product and tap “Pick label”.
Restore points
A snapshot is saved before every import. Restoring rolls one inventory back to that moment.

My PIN (shared devices)
Set a 4 to 6 digit PIN so anyone can switch to their own name on this device in two taps, and so the screen can lock itself when it sits idle. Your password still rules; the PIN is only for quick switching here.
